Library Student Specialist Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in working in the Moorpark College Library!

We will be hiring 1-2 new student workers to fill roles at the library circulation desk. We are primarily looking for openers who can work at 8:00 AM, Monday - Friday.

Interviews will take place in September and we hope to have new staff in place by the end of September or beginning of October.

General Job Descriptions: Library Student Specialists work the Circulation Desk where they check out library materials and course reserves, assist students with study room appointments, and answer general questions. Student staff might also assist with special projects like library displays, social media, and processing books and library materials. We are a collaborative team and appreciate student staff who want to share their ideas for making the library better.
